By purchasing and downloading digital music samples from Arunachala Music LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
This website is owned and operated by Arunachala Music LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors digital music sample downloads or sample packs. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you
1. License Grant and Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the purchased digital music samples in your own original musical compositions and productions.
You may modify, edit, or manipulate the samples to suit your creative needs within your productions.
You may use these productions for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, releases, advertisements, soundtracks, and television or film music.
2. Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that:
you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it:
you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

3. Return and refund policy
At this present time, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds for the samples once purchased and downloaded. Please take the time to listen to the audio examples of the samples on the product page to ensure that you are happy with the product beforehand.
However, if you do experience any technical issues with download or the product we will work to rectify the issue as soon as possible. You can direct any enquiries relating to this to info@arunachalamusic.com
4. Restrictions
No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise transfer the samples in their original or modified form to any third party.
No Standalone Use: The samples may not be used in isolation as sound effects, loops, or as source material for other sample libraries or products.
No Claim of Ownership: You may not claim ownership of the samples themselves, and the copyright remains with Arunachala Music LLC
No Use in Competitive Products: You may not use the samples in any way that creates a competing product, such as a new sample pack or virtual instrument.
5. Copyright and Ownership
All copyright and intellectual property rights for the digital music samples remain with Arunachala Music LLC.
This license grants you the right to use the samples, but not to own or claim the underlying musical compositions or sound recordings.
6. Attribution (Optional)
While not mandatory, providing attribution to Arunachala in your productions is appreciated but not required.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The samples are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Arunachala Music LLC cannot be held responsible for any legal disputes or claims arising from your use of the samples.
It is your responsibility to ensure your usage complies with all applicable copyright laws and regulations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA.
